Project Details

We are promoting this site with Uttlesford District Council, including a submission during the call for sites consultation in April 2021. The site has capacity for a commercial development of 3,000-5,000m2 floor space, most likely accommodating a storage and distribution warehouse. The site is located a short distance to the north of Stansted Airport, with junctions to the A120 and M11 within 3 miles.

The land immediately to the north of the site is allocated for commercial development, accommodating the major TriSail Towers development which will deliver up to 100,000m2 commercial floor space.
