Commercial Planning – Radical Bikes, Chelmsford

We achieved planning permission in May 2021 for Radical Bikes, a Community Interest Company, to deliver a new bike shop and facilities at their BMX centre in the Green Belt.

Radical Bikes offer state-of-the-art facilities at the site, which is a unique Trials, BMX and Dirt Jumping venue, with a number of the current Olympic Team GB riders using the facilities to train. This application allowed them to grow and diversify their business to ensure their future success.
