We promoted this site, engaged in pre-application discussions with the Council and submitted this application for 8 dwellings outside but adjacent to a settlement boundary. This involved engagement with planning officers which led to a slight reduction to 8 dwellings to address concerns relating to the visual impact on the countryside.
